Your Account password is stored in encrypted form on ja88 servers. ja88 staff will never ask you for your password in any communication channel, including live chat, email, or phone. Any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent.
ja88 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme in compliance with the requirements of its international gaming licence and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed from your Account.

In the event of any conflict between the promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; failure to do so results in the forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds.
